• Search for and selection of qualified staff meeting the requirements of the call for tender
• Elaboration of the methodology and the action plan according to the specification sheet
• « Blank audit » of the job offer before its transmission to the selection committee
• Checking the terms of the contract
• Setting up and finalizing of the return files according to the specific requirements
• Setting up of the logistic ( buildings, equipment and material) required for the execution of the gained contract
• Daily follow-up of the administration, the invoicing and the regulations specified by the contract
